This notice describes processing through the new kayrodigital.it corporate website under Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

02 / Data, purposes and legal bases
When you use the contact form, we process your name, optional company, email address, project type and message to respond and assess a possible professional relationship. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The server may record technical visit data such as IP address, URL, date, browser and errors for security and service operation. The form uses a technical session for CSRF protection and temporarily stores an identifier derived from the IP address to limit abusive submissions. The legal basis for security and service continuity is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Form data is delivered to the company inbox and kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent relationship, subject to legal obligations. Technical data retention follows the hosting configuration; the anti-spam limit considers submissions from the preceding hour only.
Fields marked * are required to submit an enquiry. We do not use form data for automated marketing or profiling. There are no solely automated decisions with legal effects.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where the GDPR provides, by writing to the privacy address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your member state’s supervisory authority.
This notice will be updated if the site functions or processing activities change.
