This policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian DPA guidelines of 10 June 2021.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on a device and read during navigation or later visits. Session cookies expire when the browser closes; persistent cookies remain for a defined period.
Other technologies, including local storage or passive identifiers, may perform similar functions. In this policy, “cookies” includes those technologies where appropriate.
2. Current website configuration
We currently use only first-party technical tools required for security, session management, language, forms and the client area. We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or social plug-in cookies.
Consent is not required for strictly necessary tools, but clear information must still be provided. Blocking them in your browser may prevent forms, login, payments or the client area from working correctly.
| Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
kayro-digital-studio-session | Kayro Digital Studio · first party | Maintains the session, authentication and system messages. | 120 minutes of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN | Kayro Digital Studio · first party | Protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery. | Session |
kayro_cookie_notice_v1 (local storage) | Kayro Digital Studio · first party | Remembers on the device that the technical notice has been viewed. | Until site data is cleared |
3. Analytics and marketing
If we later add non-exempt analytics, profiling or marketing tools, they will be disabled by default and enabled only after a free, specific, affirmative choice. Closing a banner or continuing to browse will not be treated as consent.
The “Cookie preferences” panel in the footer always shows the categories actually in use. Where consent is required, it will be as easy to change or withdraw as it was to provide.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Consult your browser’s current help pages for instructions. Clearing site data also removes preferences stored locally.
The website panel stores only an acknowledgement on your device that the technical notice was viewed. It is not used for profiling and is not transmitted to Kayro.
5. Updates and contact
We update the table whenever the technologies actually in use change. For questions, contact us using the details in the Privacy notice.
